Where do you access your ta_token?

Is there some URL within Payeezy that you can use to retrieve your ta_token? This is required to use payeezy.js, but isn't accessible anywhere that I can tell.

The documentation for payeezy.js says that you need to "Please log into your Payeezy Gateway virtual terminal" which is located at https://globalgatewaye4.firstdata.com. The problem with this is that my Payeezy credentials do not work at this URL -- I assume that's because it's tied to the older First Data credentials instead of Payeezy.
