Certification Test
Any chance someone could guide me through how to use the 'Certification Test'? It is the most, uh, interesting turing test I've ever encountered. Am I supposed to edit the text to make it a valid cert request?
Really lost here. I've entered my address info 3 times. The save button would be better named 'discard'.
~Ed
Ed - the default payload would work just fine. So, all you need to do is go to the certification page, enter your address, phone number and other required fields. Then click certify, then save.

Could someone provide a more clear answer to Ed's questions. For those of us who aren't programmers we need it spelled out very clearly. What should it look like exactly so we can complete that form?
Tyler - You can get certified by completing your profile information, the required fields at the least. As for the payload, you do not need to change anything in it. Just click "certify" with the payload unchanged and it should work.

Hi All, Having trouble with this as well. When I click on the certify button, with the default payload, it comes back with :{"correlation_id":"228.1468337301610","Error":{"messages":[{"code":"401","description":"Access denied"}]}}
Thank you,
Ryan
Ryan - Thanks for letting us know. We are working on it now.
All - certification should work fine now. Please try and let us know if you are facing any issues.
I have same error now. Did not change payload but always get this:
{"correlation_id":"228.1445999939280","Error":{"messages":[{"code":"401","description":"Access denied"}]}}
CERTIFY
Hello Daria,
The issue has been reported to our development team for review. Due to the upcoming holiday there may be some delay until resolution.
Has there been any resolution to this? I've been trying to get certified for days and I just can't get it to work. I have also exchange emails with someone from payeezyboarding but they have not been able to resolve this for me.

Unfortunately, you'll have to continue working with payeezyboarding@firstdata.com or try registering for a new developer account with a different email address.
