When I try to certify my sandbox api I only get a 401 response. I filled out every required field (I have done this 10 times now), and it will not work. Is there something wrong with my account?
Cooper - Please allow us to run a quick diagnostic on your account and get back. Can you please provide the full error message that you get on clicking "Certify". It should have the correlation_id.
