401 Unauthorized when attempting to test through the API sandbox

We are new to Payeezy and are trying to get set up. We believe we have a merchant set up properly (though we're not certain) and we have created an API. However, when we go to test the API, we get a 401 Unauthorized error. What are the first things we should look at to get it working?

Thank you! Looks like the problem was with the password. It has been resolved and is working now.
