Certification Test - Error: Code 401: Access Denied

Hey,

I've been trying to get the certification done on the API account page in order to add a test merchant. I've filled out the form a few times now, and the Certification Test keeps failing. I looked around a bit and found an older thread regarding a bug with a first name being too short. I don't have that issue (Randy), but it was alluded to that there is an issue with the certification that has yet to be addressed. Here is the comment I mentioned:

Facing Similar issue .. have tried couple of times but no luck.

Any help that can be provided would be much appreciated.

The issue mentioned in earlier in the thread - https://developer.payeezy.com/comment/961#comment-961 has been resolved.

The issue that we have today is different and has surfaced only in the last 24 hours. We are working to resolve it.
