Epoch timestamp issue causing HMAC validation error

I have been testing my epoch timestamp calculation. Verifying generated timestamps using http://www.epochconverter.com/. If the timestamp is close to the current time give or take a few seconds. The test transaction posts correctly without HMAC validation error. However if I am about 40 seconds under the current time the HMAC validation fails. Ironically I can be over the current time by 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 5 days or by 1 month and I receive No such error and the transaction posts. I listed my testing scenarios below.

Epoch TimeStamp Testing Scenarios Eastern Standard Time:

TimeStamp Scenarios Before the current time:
39 seconds before current time NO error data posts
40 seconds before current time causes HMAC validation error
1 minute before current time causes HMAC validation error
5 minutes before current time causes HMAC validation error

TimeStamp Scenarios After the current time:
1 minute after current time NO error data posts
5 minutes after current time NO error data posts
30 minutes after current time NO error data posts
1 hour after current time NO error data posts
5 hours after current time NO error data posts
1 day after current time NO error data posts
5 days after current time NO error data posts
1 month after current time NO error data posts
5 years after current time NO error data posts, TimeStamp: 1602167164222 : 10/08/2020 10:26:04 AM
