Notification server-to-server using payeezy.js

Hello.

I'm looking to start using the payeezy.js integration on a ecommerce website, because it's a great solution and it's helping me not to get that serious with the PCI-DSS.

After reading the documentation, and the code from the example and the payeezy.js javascript file, i don't see where i can set an url in order to get a server-to-server notification after a payment is authorized.

I would need that notification to automatically send order details and decrease the amount of a product, without the javascript running on a customer browser doing that task.

Is this possible with this type of integration?

Thank you very much for your help.

Hi David,

I believe you are referring to the webhook. You can set the webhook URL by going to the Merchants page and clicking on "View details". Once you set it up, each time there is any activity for that merchant, you will receive a HTTP POST notification to the URL you provide.

Please know that we are experiencign technical difficulty with the page where you setup your webhook URL. Please check back in a couple of days.

Regards,

Hi

That is what I was talking about. That looks great. Maybe it sounds silly, but i didn't see that option if you don't tell me. Maybe that would be a good addition to the payeezy.js documentation, because in these days, where you have to read lots of technical docs and you only spend a few minutes in each one, I use to miss these kind of things.

I'll wait for the technical fix to test the service in these days then.

Thank you very much for your quick reply and your support.

Best Regards.

David - Thank you for your feedback. We will work on it.

The developer portal will be fixed to be able to accept webhook URL. This fix is expected to go in on March 31 2016.

In the meantime, we will be able to update the webhook URL manually if you can send it over to our support team - https://developer.payeezy.com/content/contact-us

Regards,

Payeezy team
