Right Way To Validate CVV2

Hello,

I need to have the following case:

1. Cards having CVV2, compulsorily go thru CVV2 authentication (do not allow without CVV2)
2. Cards not having CVV/CVV2/CVD, go thru without CVV2 authentication (Allow without CVV)

What value has to be set in the CVD_Presence_Ind field in the Webservice API call?

What needs to be checked in the CVV2 Filters on the terminal administration page?
