I have the exact same issue! Any solution here?
The sandbox environment is experiencing issues with the SSL certificate setup. Our server teams are working on the issue. The issue does not exist in the production environment. Unfortunately, there is no ETA at this time.
Please download the api-cert.payeezy.com certificate and add the same inyour jdk. Let me know if you want the same, I can share over a mail chain.
The expired SSL certificate for the -cert environment was a temporary issue that was resolved on Thursday 11/9/17.
