Terminal Restrictions Errors
Hey Guys, every now and then we get a bunch of these errors in a row:
400 - Bad Request (07) - Terminal Restrictions (Please Try Again)
but we can submit the data a few minutes later and it goes through - what is actually happening with these errors? How should we properly handle this?
This can occur during the pre-batching process on Payeezy or if there is a temporary communication error with the card issuing banks. I would always advise to call the help desk at (855) 799-0790 to investigate these matters further.
