Test merchant account - invalid ta token

Hi,

We have a developer account with a sandbox API. We have an integration already working, it has no issues when using the default "acme sock" merchant account. We added a test merchant account, but the tokenization request is not working, it always throws the error "invalid.tatoken".

Here's a sample request:

We also tried using the test transarmor value we set for that merchant account at demo.globalgatewaye4.firstdata.com, but the ta_token is always invalid.

Here's the strangest part: we were using another developer account before this one, only on staging, and that account didn't have any issues when adding additional merchant accounts.

Please email payeezyboarding@firstdata.com to research the matter further. Provide them the Payeezy Gateway demo account name so they can assist with resolving the error.
