Please ensure the connection is being negotiated with only TLS 1.2. Our PROD servers have been updated in anticipation of the PCI Mandate in June 2018.

Could you please write us at which date exactly you updated the PROD Server ? We are currently receiving the following error on all transactions from our ecommerce portal
"Can not process credit card payment at this time. Please, try later. "
