Where Partner Reporting API can be used and how?

Hi,

As you guys have mentioned earlier that this API is only available in production. Regular Merchants cannot use it. May I know what do you mean by that? As we will be going live soon with this project also we are using your many API's and our merchant will be a legit real merchant.

As we'll be using your API's to send all the information as well. And I think reporting API will work really good for us for Batch Reconciliation service.

Could you please help me understand how can this be used?
