Some customers have retried and been successful, but this has resulted in lost sales from other customers.
Urgent issues need to be addressed with the help desk by calling (855) 799-0790. Integration support is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 10pm EST and on weekends from 9am to 6pm EST. However, there is always 24/7 support to report hard outages.
I noticed in our Issue reports this morning -
As of 5:30 pm CT on 01/31/2018, some clients may be receiving an error when trying to authorize transactions on the Payeezy Gateway and Payeezy API.
As of 6:48 pm CT on 01/31/2018, this issue was resolved without First Data intervention.
